2022 Art Spaces' Annual Dinner

This elegant dinner features a pairing of wine with each chef designed course and will take place at the ISU Sycamore Banquet Center. Each course is introduced by a "celebrity sommelier," and the event offers an opportunity to gather with business associates, family and friends. Cocktails beginning at 5:30pm and seating at 6:30pm.

Both Served with a Gruyere Crisp

Second Course:
Caprese Salad with Heirloom Tomatoes and Fresh Mozzarella Mousse

Third Course:
Slow Roasted Pork Prime Rib Served with Creamy Cheesy Grits and Roasted Maple Bacon Brussel Sprouts
Vegetarian Option: Stuffed Squash served over Creamy Cheesy Grits with Roasted Maple Brussel Sprouts
Wine Served: Tinto Negro Mendoza Malbec

Fourth Course:
Warm Autumn Apple Tarte Tatin with Fresh Local Apples Served with Sweet Fresh Vanilla Cream and a Buttery Caramel Sauce
